Kareem Saeed is an experienced professional currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Hamza Group since May 2020, focusing on product development, industrial processes, and digital transformation initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as a Product Management Master student at Zehnder GmbH, where technical specifications for new systems were defined, and a position at CERN as an Entrepreneur In Residence, participating in high-tech venture creation training. Kareem also held the position of Project Engineer at Hamza Bros. Supplying Co., launching significant solar and gas boiler projects in Egypt. Earlier career experiences include teaching assistant at the German University in Cairo, military engineering service, and internships at LEONI and General Motors Middle East. Kareem holds an MBA in International Industrial Management from Hochschule Esslingen and two degrees in Materials Engineering and Mechanical Design from Cairo University.
