Brian Grusi

Brian Grusi has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Brian began their career as a Manager at Dairy Queen and later worked as a Supervisor at First Union National Bank. Brian then joined Subway as a Manager, where they managed the daily operations and inventory. Brian joined Darden Restaurants, where they held various finance roles, including Accounting Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, and Director of Finance. At Ruby Tuesday, they served as Chief of Staff, managing executive operations and strategic initiatives. Brian later became the Chief Financial Officer at Vapiano International, LLC and FoodFirst Global Restaurants. Most recently, Brian has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at both Romacorp, Inc. and Hana Group. Brian also currently serves on the Board of Directors at The Independance Group. Brian has extensive experience in finance, accounting, and leadership roles, and has a proven track record of implementing strategic initiatives and managing teams.

Brian Grusi earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Summa Cum Laude honors in Accounting from Florida Southern College in 1999. Brian then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration degree with a Marketing focus from the University of Central Florida in 2002.
