Stephane Laugier

Stephane Laugier has extensive experience in corporate transformation, operational turnaround, and restructuring. Stephane has worked in various roles, including Group CFO at Hana Group since 2019 and Senior Director at Alvarez and Marsal from 2008 to 2019. Stephane also served as Chief Transformation Officer at Unilabs from 2018 to 2019 and at C&A from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they were the Chief Restructuring Officer at Arjowiggins in 2015 and the Chief Transformation Officer at GERARD DAREL in 2014. Prior to these positions, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Boxal from 2012 to 2014 and acted as the Chief Restructuring Officer at SPORT 2000 France in 2011. Stephane also served as the Interim Treasurer and Controller at BUT from 2008 to 2010 and as a Consultant at KPMG Advisory from 2003 to 2007. Throughout their career, they have worked with a diverse range of industries, including retail, packaging, automotive, and IT.

Stephane Laugier completed their Masters in Finance at ESCP Business School from 1996 to 2000.
