Scott Swan

Scott Swan has a strong background in human resources and management. Scott is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Hana Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Facilities & Human Resources at Hana Microdisplay Technologies, Inc. from 2018 to 2023. Scott also has experience in academia, having served as the Regional Campus Center Manager at Kent State University from 2010 to 2016 and as the Director of Enrollment Management & Student Services at Kent State University from 2000 to 2003. Before their time at Kent State, they were the Dean of Students at Greensboro College from 1991 to 2000. Scott also has administrative experience as an Assistant Dean at Tri-C from 2003 to 2010.

Scott Swan received a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Ohio University in the years 1982 to 1986. Later on, they pursued a Master of Education degree in Higher Education Administration & Student Personnel from Kent State University between the years 1989 and 1991.
