David Cowell, PWS, CWB, CERP, is a highly experienced ecological professional currently serving as Associate Senior Ecologist and Project Manager at Hancock Associates since October 2015. Before joining Hancock Associates, David held the position of Project Manager and Ecological Scientist at BSC Group from January 2011 to October 2015, and worked as a Wildlife Biologist and Wetland Scientist at Tetra Tech from 2006 to 2010. Earlier in David's career, experience as a Wildlife Biologist with WRA from 2003 to 2005 contributed to a solid foundation in wildlife ecology. David holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management with a concentration in Ecology from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries Conservation from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
