Michael P. Carlson

Michael P. Carlson is an associate in the Firm’s Real Estate and Litigation practice areas. He represents clients in connection with various residential and commercial real estate matters, including the purchase and sale of real property, lease negotiations and transactions, use and occupancy agreements and other contractual agreements.

Mr. Carlson has represented clients in the area of commercial litigation in matters involving contract disputes, title issues, landlord-tenant matters and other civil disputes.

Prior to joining Hancock Estabrook, Mr. Carlson practiced real estate law for over ten years in Massachusetts.
