Stephen G. Etoll

Mr. Etoll serves as Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate Department and represents landlords, tenants and various other businesses, property owners and developers in all types of commercial real estate and business transactions. His work focuses on property acquisitions and development, title insurance, construction loans and permanent financing. His commercial real estate clients include Granite Development Company, LLC, Lundy Development & Property Management, LLC and Westlake Development, LLC.

Additionally, Mr. Etoll handles all types of commercial real estate leasing transactions, representing both landlords and tenants. He has significant experience in retail leases, ground leases, build-to-suit leases, office leases, industrial leases and subleases.

Mr. Etoll worked for The Pyramid Companies before attending law school at Cornell University, graduating in 1993.
