Warren D. Wolfson

Warren D. Wolfson is a partner in the Corporate Practice. He has extensive experience representing clients in corporate matters, focusing on finance, mergers and acquisitions, as well as commercial leasing.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Wolfson was with the law firm of Altman & Wolfson, LLP. Prior to that, he served as General Counsel to Fay’s Incorporated. While at Fay’s, Mr. Wolfson also held the positions of Senior Vice President and Secretary and served as a member of Fay’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Wolfson currently serves on the Board of Directors of KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. (formerly Kinney Drugs, Inc.) and as the company’s Corporate Secretary. He is also General Counsel for Cygnus Management Group, LLC.
