Jason Wells

Jason Wells currently serves as the Director of Excellence (Culture, Engagement and Experience) at Hancock Regional Hospital, a position held since December 2016, and also contributes as an Organizational Development Specialist focused on leadership development for Hancock Health. Previously, Jason held roles at St Vincent Fishers from July 2010 to December 2016, including Clinical Education Specialist and Registered Nurse. Jason's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (2012-2013), an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Indianapolis (2008-2010), and a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Indiana University Bloomington (1997-2001).
