Jenn Wells brings over 25 years of extensive experience in marketing, leadership, and brand strategy, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Customer Experience and Brand Strategy at Hancock Regional Hospital since November 2015. In this role, Jenn is dedicated to enhancing the customer journey and brand storytelling, as well as implementing strategies aimed at promoting health in Hancock County and East Central Indiana. Prior to this position, Jenn held various roles including Chief Operating Officer at Bild & Company, where the focus was on providing sales and marketing services for healthcare organizations, and has also worked as VP of Operations at Synergy Marketing Group, among other marketing positions. Jenn holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Butler University.
