Ken Mallon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both counseling and data science. As the President and Owner of Mallon Advisory & Counseling Services since September 2020, Ken provides personalized counseling to adolescents, adults, couples, and families, particularly in relationship issues. Concurrently, Ken manages the Reality Labs Trust data science team at Meta, focusing on user safety and product integrity. With a background as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist at Family Matters and a Board Member at Hand in Hand Parenting, Ken is dedicated to improving parenting and supportive family dynamics. Ken has held significant leadership roles in data products and analytics at Samba TV, Jornaya, 4INFO, Microsoft, and Ipsos, demonstrating a strong foundation in data science and analytics across various domains. Educational achievements include advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology (PsyD expected in 2025) and Statistics from prestigious institutions.
