Bill Liu

Bill Liu is the current President and Chief Executive Officer at Handa Pharmaceuticals. Bill has held this position since December 1993. Prior to this, they were a Scientist at the Southern Research Institute from January 1992 to December 1993.

Liu began their career in pharmaceuticals at the Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry in January 1983, where they worked as a Research Scientist until December 1986. Bill then moved to Impax Laboratories, where they served as Group Leader from January 1995 to December 1997. In July 1997, they began working at Yamanouchi Pharma Technologies as Manager of Business Development and Product Development, a position they held until June 2002. From August 2002 to August 2005, they worked as Vice President of Product Development and COO at Anchen Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

Liu has been with Handa Pharmaceuticals since August 2005. Bill became President and Chief Executive Officer in December 1993.

Bill Liu received their Ph.D. in Industrial and Physical Pharmacy from Purdue University and their B.S. in Pharmaceuticals from China Pharmaceutical University.
