Neelam Cartmell

Neelam Cartmell currently serves as the Head of Corporate Partnerships at Handelsblatt Media Group since September 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Sales at Süddeutsche Zeitung Dossier from October 2023 to August 2025, and Business Development Director for the UK at POLITICO Europe from September 2019 to September 2023, alongside the position of Business Development Executive. Neelam has also contributed to the British-German Association as Director and Trustee from July 2021 to July 2023 and co-founded All In Productions London, an events and management company, from March 2019 to September 2021. Earlier career roles include Supervisor at the Bank of England from December 2015 to August 2019, Associate at the Prudential Regulation Authority, and Senior Parliamentary Assistant at the House of Commons in late 2015. Neelam began a political career as a Political Assistant at the European Parliament from August 2009 to June 2015. Neelam holds a BA Honours Degree in French and German from Nottingham Trent University.
