Jürg Willi

Jürg Willi is the founder and managing director of Juerg Willi & Partners Ltd since July 2009, focused on achieving impactful results and objectives. In addition to this role, Jürg serves as the president of the board of directors at HKV Aarau and Swiss Interactive AG, further demonstrating leadership capabilities in various companies. Jürg's experience includes previous board memberships at IMS Integrierte Managementsysteme, Light + Byte AG, and Induserv Industrial Services Ltd, alongside roles in business development at unisys switzerland and Bechtle Basel. Jürg holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the Estonian Business School and has additional qualifications in consulting, leadership, and change management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
