Katie Page Sander is the Executive Director at Hands Across The Water, Inc. Katie has extensive experience in overseeing agency operations, parent education, behavioral health, foster care, and adoption programs. Katie has managed diverse staff, developed post-adoption support services, and implemented quality improvement audits. With a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan, Katie has a strong background in child welfare programming and community outreach.
