Rachna Gaur

Rachna Gaur has over 20 years of work experience. Rachna began their career in 1998 as a Management Trainee at GOPAL CLOTHING CO PVT LTD. In 2000, they moved to Nucleus Software Exports Limited as a Software Engineer. In 2001, they worked as a Technical Consultant at PwC South Africa. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Homemaker for Awesome Moms. In 2007, they joined Accenture as a Software Engineer. In 2008, they worked as a Freelance Software Engineer as a Contractor (Technology). From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Technology Operations Manager at The Bos Group. Since 2014, they have been working as a Technology Architect at California Child Support Services. Most recently, in 2020, they founded Hands On and serves as CTO & CPO.

Rachna Gaur holds a Master's Degree in International Business from the Symbiosis Institute of International Business, which they obtained between 1996 and 1998. Rachna also holds a Bachelor of Science in Math, Physics, and Chemistry from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, which they obtained between 1991 and 1994. Additionally, they have an AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
