Aaron Geiman

Aaron Geiman is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Handshake since April 2025, Aaron previously held the role of Recruiter at Snorkel AI for a brief period in early 2025. Prior to that, Aaron worked at StyleSeat from April 2021 to February 2025 as a Senior Technical Recruiter, eventually becoming the only recruiter following a company restructuring. From December 2018 to April 2021, Aaron was employed by Gap Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager, collaborating with department heads to recruit for various roles including Engineering and Product Management. Aaron began a career in recruitment at Addison Group from October 2017 to October 2018, where a permanent placement practice was launched. Educationally, Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Strategic Communications and Psychology from the University of Kentucky, completed in January 2007.
