Hans P. Bjornavold

Hans P. Bjornavold is currently serving as Chief of Staff to the President & Chief Product Officer and Head of Strategy and Operations in the Office of the CEO at Handshake since November 2023. Prior to this role, Hans held the position of Director of Corporate Development at Bain & Company, where responsibilities included strategy, partnerships, and M&A for Bain's digital capabilities. Hans has also contributed to WorkBoard Inc. as VP of Product Marketing and Director of Strategic Services. Earlier experience at Accenture spanned multiple roles from Business Analyst to Strategy Senior Manager, and Hans was an Operations Maintenance Engineer at AuRico Gold Inc. A Master of Engineering in Manufacturing & Mechanical Engineering with Business Management was obtained from the University of Warwick.
