Syndhia Javier

Syndhia Javier currently serves as the Head of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Program at Handshake, with prior experience as a Senior DEI Program Manager at Affirm. Previously, Syndhia held various roles at Lyft, including Inclusion + Diversity Programs Lead and University Programs Lead, and served as an Associate Director at Columbia University's Center for Career Education.
