Vishal Shah

Vishal Shah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, data analysis, and educational leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy and Insights at Handshake, Vishal oversees the development of analytics products aimed at connecting employers with early career talent. Prior to this, Vishal held the role of Vice President of Organizational Performance at College Track, focusing on supporting low-income, first-generation students. Vishal's earlier positions include Chief Data and Information Officer at Summit Public Schools, where a personalized learning platform was developed, and various consulting roles at institutions such as The Bridgespan Group and Cambridge Associates.
