Jenny Pagano has over 15 years of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Manager at Hanes Brands Australasia since November 2006. In this role, Jenny has held several positions including Human Resources Manager for New South Wales and Recruitment Team Leader for the Pacific Brands Underwear Group, managing talent solutions across multiple states and various business disciplines. Prior to Hanes, Jenny worked at Arcadia Group Ltd where responsibilities included recruiting high-caliber graduates and coordinating retail resourcing initiatives. Early career experience includes roles at the Fashion Retail Academy and The Insight Group, where Jenny advanced from Research Assistant to Research Manager, conducting executive recruitment across diverse industries.
