Andy Carswell is an accomplished sales and retail planning professional with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Hanesbrands Inc. since October 2009, Andy oversees all sales operations related to intimate apparel for Target corporation. Previously, Andy held the position of Senior Account Manager focusing on the JCPenney team and led the Target Innerwear Retail Planning team from 2006 to 2009, emphasizing top-line sales and market share. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Retail Planning for mid-tier stores at Sara Lee Branded Apparel, managing business plans for multiple retailers. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from North Carolina State University, attained in 2000.
