Cheryl Lindsay, CDE, HRPM, has extensive experience in human resources spanning over three decades, primarily at Hanesbrands Inc. since May 2001, where Cheryl currently serves as the Director of Human Resources & Inclusion/Diversity. In this role, Cheryl is responsible for organization design, strategic partnerships, employee relations, and the execution of the company's global diversity and inclusion strategy. Previous positions at Hanesbrands include leadership roles across various functions including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, representing a substantial sales group. Prior to Hanesbrands, Cheryl spent a decade at Sara Lee Branded Apparel in various managerial roles focusing on human resources, employee relations, and training and development. Cheryl holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Human Resources from North Carolina State University.
