Chris Fox

Chris Fox currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Hanesbrands Inc., leading the global sustainability initiatives and overseeing the company's 2025/2030 sustainability goals focused on improving lives, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and minimizing packaging waste. Previously, Chris held the position of Deputy General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Hanesbrands, managing corporate responsibility efforts, including compliance and philanthropy programs. Chris's earlier career includes roles as Deputy Chief Counsel and Assistant Counsel at Sara Lee Branded Apparel, where responsibilities encompassed legal oversight during significant market expansions and company transitions, as well as litigation experience at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Wyrick, Robbins, Yates and Ponton. Chris holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law, an MBA from Wake Forest University School of Business, and a BA in Economics from William & Mary.
