Harris Henderson

Harris Henderson serves as the VP and Deputy General Counsel for Commercial and Intellectual Property at Hanesbrands Inc. since April 2019, where responsibilities include leading the legal team to support the international commercial business and managing intellectual property, sales, and marketing agreements. Previously, Harris held the position of Associate General Counsel, overseeing an international team responsible for building and protecting HBI's brand portfolio while providing counsel on licensing and partnership agreements. Prior to joining Hanesbrands, Harris worked as an associate at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP from January 2010 to April 2019. Academically, Harris earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
