Gretchen McInnes, P.E., is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and technical sales, currently serving as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Hanes Geo Components since August 2021. With previous experience as a Technical Sales Engineer at Pinnacle Design/Build Group, Inc. and a Project Development Engineer at GeoStabilization International®, Gretchen has honed expertise in erosion control, geosynthetics, and drainage products. Prior roles at Tensar International included Waste Containment Sector Manager and Regional Manager for Texas & Oklahoma, where substantial contributions were made in geogrid reinforcement and roadway applications. Gretchen started the career at the Georgia Department of Transportation in various engineering roles. Educational background includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned from 1997 to 2002.
