Kenneth Chiu

Kenneth Chiu serves as the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer at Hang Lung Properties since October 2021, transitioning from the role of Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Designate. Prior to this, Kenneth was the Chief Financial Officer at Gaw Capital for eight years, overseeing finance and treasury functions and leading private credit investment in Asia. Kenneth's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Temasek, where responsibilities included managing real estate investments in Greater China, and roles at Deutsche Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Arthur Andersen & Co., focusing on M&A advisory, IPO projects, and audits. Kenneth holds a Master's degree in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
