Cindy Lam

Cindy Lam is a project manager at Hang Seng Bank, overseeing transformation initiatives since May 2021, after serving as a management trainee focused on digital banking services. Prior experience includes summer internships in operations at Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. and Bank of China (Hong Kong) in 2017 and 2018, respectively. Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated BBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, completed in 2019, and had a brief educational experience at Queen's University in 2017.
