David Hsu

David Hsu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology management and consulting. Currently serving as Head of Business Management and IT COO at Hang Seng Bank since October 2019, David oversees a technology P&L of over USD 300 million and a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees. Concurrently at HSBC, David has played a pivotal role in the Global Program Management Office since September 2015, managing the Payments & Cash Management portfolio and building a team of PMO and program managers. Previous roles include acting CIO for HSBC Vietnam, Senior Manager positions at KPMG focusing on IT consulting and AML project management, and various technology and management roles spanning over two decades at organizations like SAI Global, Lawlex, Anstat Property Information, Telstra, and Sensis. David holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Monash University and certifications in MSP and PRINCE2 methodologies.
