Dorothy Hui

Dorothy Hui has extensive experience in customer value management within the banking and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Propositions at Hang Seng Bank since November 2018, Dorothy has previously held the position of Assistant Manager in the same department. Prior to Hang Seng Bank, Dorothy worked as a Portfolio Management Analyst at DBS Bank from September 2017 to November 2018. Dorothy's career began at Langham Hospitality Group, where roles included Assistant Loyalty Programmes Manager, Senior Loyalty Programmes Officer, and Loyalty Programmes Officer from April 2013 to June 2017.
