Grace Lam

Grace Lam currently serves as the Head of Customer Propositions Marketing for Private Banking, Prestige Banking, and Preferred Banking at Hang Seng Bank, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Digital Sales & Marketing at Citi from June 2016 to November 2023, along with roles in account and brand management at Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, JWT, DDB, and TBWA from 2005 to 2016. Grace Lam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from HKUST.
