Rain Ng

Rain Ng currently serves as the Senior Learning and Talent Development Manager at Hang Seng Bank since January 2023. Prior to this role, Rain spent over seven years at BCT Group, taking on positions from Manager to Vice President of Learning & Development. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Training Officer at SmarTone from May 2012 to September 2015. Rain Ng is pursuing a Master of Social Sciences in Applied Psychology at Lingnan University, having previously completed a Master of Science in Work and Organisational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from De Montfort University.
