Gary Duboff

Gary DuBoff has extensive work experience in the executive level of various companies. Gary currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at GreatStar Tools USA since 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Arrow Fastener from 2009 to 2024, and also served as the President during the same tenure. Before joining Arrow Fastener, Gary worked at Masco Bath Corp. where they held the roles of Senior Vice President - Sales from 2008 to 2009, and Vice President - Sales & Marketing from 1992 to 2009.

Gary DuBoff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Penn State University. Gary also obtained a certification in "Smart Thinking: Overcoming Complexity" from LinkedIn in 2021.
