Melissa Karlovitch

Melissa Karlovitch has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Melissa is currently the Group Vice President and Chief HR Officer at GreatStar Tools USA. Prior to this, they worked at Arrow Fastener as the CHRO and VP of Human Resources. Melissa also served as the Director of Human Resources for Rust-Oleum Corporation, where they managed HR functions for locations in New Jersey and California. Earlier in their career, Melissa held the position of Director of Human Resources at Zinsser Co., Inc. and worked as an Assistant Benefits Manager at Littman Jewlers.
