Soraya Haffar

Soraya Haffar is currently the Director of HR at Hangar 13. Soraya has extensive experience in Human Resources, having served in various managerial roles for over a decade.

Haffar began their career in 2006 as an HR & OD Advisor for Ogilvy Health. Soraya then moved to CUSTOM PHARMACEUTICALS LIMITED in 2009, where they served as Human Resources Manager until 2011. From there, they took on a consultant role with Bupa before becoming a Human Resources Business Partner with Save the Children UK in 2013.

In 2014, Haffar joined Disney Theatrical Group as their Human Resources Manager. Soraya held this position until 2019, when they left to assume their current role at Hangar 13.

Soraya Haffar has a BA (Hons) Communications from Solent University and is a CIPD qualified practitioner, Level 7, Postgraduate Diploma from CIPD.

Their manager is Haden Blackman, President & CCO. They are on a team with Rebecca Sampson - Director of Operations, Matthew Urban - COO, and Alex Cox - Head of Design.
