Agung Saputra has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Assistant E-commerce Manager and Assistant Reservations Manager at Hanging Gardens of Bali since July 2019. Responsibilities include analyzing guest and travel agent requirements, planning travel itineraries, and assisting with reservations. Prior roles include Butler at Floating Leaf Eco Retreat, where services were personalized for guests, and Guest Service Assistant at The Sanctoo Villa, focused on welcoming and meeting guest needs.
