Bill Hanifin is the founder and CEO of Hanifin Loyalty. Bill has over 20 years of experience in customer loyalty and customer strategy. Bill has worked with some of the world's leading brands, including American Express, Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, Best Buy, Dotz Brazil, Grupo Posadas, LaQuinta Inns and Suites, Lealtad Peru, Red Roof Inn, Visa and others. Bill is a thought leader in the loyalty and customer strategy space and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Bill Hanifin has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Virginia. Bill also has certification from The Loyalty Academy as a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional.
