Muzliansyah Muzakkir holds extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partner - Operations and Head of Organization Development at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. since July 2018. With a background that includes roles such as Regional Talent Management Lead at Philip Morris International and various HR leadership positions at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., Muzliansyah has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, management, and strategic HR practices to improve organizational effectiveness. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from NIT Northern Institute of Technology Management and a Master of Science in Information and Media Technology from Hamburg University of Technology, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Informatics Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
