Valeria Iranova has extensive experience in the human resources and operational management sectors, primarily with PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., where roles have included Manager Product & Experience Delivery, Manager P&C Operations, Manager Employee Experience, and several other managerial positions since 2003. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Content Coordinator at Philip Morris Asia Limited in Hong Kong and various managerial positions at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk. from 2009 to 2011. Valeria holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on General Management from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Surabaya.
