Vivi Sutanto

Vivi Sutanto has extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and responsibilities. Starting in 1996 with PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., they began as a Management Trainee and later became a Cigarette Design Specialist. In 2001, they worked as a Consultant at PA Consulting Group, where they achieved notable successes in various projects. Returning to PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., Vivi held positions such as Manager of Operations Planning & Strategic Analyst and Manager of Supply Chain Planning. Vivi then became the Head of Clove, followed by the Head of Talent Acquisition and Diversity Inclusion, where they implemented transformative strategies. Vivi also served as the Head of Management Organization Development, the Head of Organization Effectiveness, and the Head of P&C Operations ID, where they introduced initiatives to improve employee experiences and engagement. Currently, they hold the role of Head of P&ED Relationship Manager for Indonesia, India, Thailand, Vietnam & Future Growth Markets.

Vivi Sutanto holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from UPN "Veteran" Jatim, obtained from 1990 to 1995. Vivi also completed an MBA program at Melbourne Business School from 2000 to 2001. Vivi is currently participating in the Analytics Acumen Program at Phillip Morris International. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Persuading Others from LinkedIn in 2020.
