Deena Gauthier possesses extensive experience in medical coding and education, currently serving as a Medical Coding Auditor at Auditing for Compliance and Education, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, Deena held the position of Specialty Coding Educator at US Anesthesia Partners from March 2017 to January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Medical Coding Educator/Trainer and Coding Department Supervisor at McKesson, where responsibilities included preparing educational materials and guiding compliant coding practices according to CMS and AMA guidelines. Deena earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Maine at Farmington between 1989 and 1993.
