Sergey Razin

Stephen K Wiggins is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and management. As a Board Member at SC LAUNCH INC since April 2017 and the Board Chair at IT-oLogy since December 2008, Stephen has contributed significantly to both organizations. Previously, Stephen served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina from May 1979 until retirement in December 2016. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Clemson University and has further education from the University of Michigan.
