Colin Bell

Colin Bell is a Partner at Hankin Sandman Palladino Weintrob & Bell, P.C. since September 2008, specializing in complex civil litigation encompassing construction, commercial, and employment matters in state and federal courts. Bell has represented large contractors in various legal issues, including breach of contract and construction defects. In addition to legal practice, Bell served as a State Senator for New Jersey's Second Legislative District from September 2017 to January 2018 and was involved in multiple committees. As a County Commissioner for Atlantic County from January 2013 to December 2015, Bell was part of the legislative branch of county government. Prior legal roles include serving as an Assistant County Prosecutor and as a Law Clerk for Hon. Michael Donio. Bell holds a JD (cum laude) from American University Washington College of Law and a BA in Political Science with University Honors from American University.
