Madison Poff is a Technical Sales Manager at Hanks Brokerage, Inc. since May 2023, representing a variety of ingredient suppliers for the food and beverage manufacturing sector and collaborating with developers to provide innovative ingredient solutions. Prior experience includes the role of Research and Development Manager, focusing on enchilada products, and an internship at ILLES Foods that involved collaboration with food scientists and compliance documentation.
