Luis T.

Luis T. is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and complex operations within the cannabis and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at Hanline Group since June 2025, Luis previously held the position of Vice President of International Operations at Curaleaf International, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 200 members across six countries. With prior roles such as Senior Director of Operations and Director of Operations at Curaleaf, and Director of Operations at Affinity, Luis has demonstrated expertise in facility build-outs, operational planning, and regulatory compliance. Earlier career experience includes serving as President and Chief Operating Officer at Cord Master Engineering, and essential production management roles at both AIS and A123 Systems. Luis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Operations from Southern New Hampshire University, complemented by foundational experience as a Petty Officer in the US Navy, where leadership in technical teams was key.
