Adriana Hernandez has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Adriana is currently working at Hanna Andersson as the Sr. Director of People and Outcomes. Prior to this, they co-owned and worked as a senior HR consultant at Adreda Strategic HR Solutions. Adriana also served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Honor and as a Sr. HR Business Partner at Rent The Runway. Before these roles, they were the Head of Talent & People at Imperfect Foods and the Human Resources Manager at South Alamo Medical Group. Adriana also has experience working as an HR consultant and as a Human Resources Executive Team Leader at Target. Adriana began their career as a Recruitment Manager at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.

Adriana Hernandez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, HR from Texas A&M University-San Antonio. Adriana also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Additionally, Adriana holds certifications such as SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Electronic Training Solutions.
