Ken Yantek has a strong background in real estate and corporate services. Ken started their career at Women's Federal Savings Bank, where they held various positions before being promoted to Executive Vice President. Ken then worked as the Operations Manager and In-House Legal Counsel at The King James Group, where they managed property operations and assisted in negotiations for office building construction and leasing. Yantek later joined LTV Steel Company as the Manager of Real Estate, responsible for lease administration, facility design, and property negotiations. Ken then joined Jones Lang LaSalle/ LaSalle Partners/ The Galbreath Company as the Director of Facilities and Services in the Corporate Services Group, providing real estate management services to corporate clients. Currently, Yantek is Senior Vice President at Ostendorf-Morris Company, where they manage client requirements, negotiates leases, and oversees the provision of real estate management services to major corporations.
Ken Yantek earned their Bachelor of Science degree in 1975 from Boston College, where they double majored in Economics and Finance. Ken then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Cleveland State University, which they completed in 1978 with a focus on Finance. Following that, Ken attended Cleveland Marshall College of Law from 1983 to 1985 and obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law.
