Anna-Maria Tamminen

Anna-Maria Tamminen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration and international business law. Currently serving as a Partner and Managing Associate at Hannes Snellman since September 2011, Anna-Maria has also contributed as a Lecturer at the Austrian Arbitration Academy from July 2014 to February 2018. Previous roles include Foreign Lawyer at WilmerHale and Research Trainee at Baker & McKenzie LLP, where research focused on Austrian arbitration law. Early legal training included a trainee position at Attorneys at law Borenius & Kemppinen Ltd and an internship at the Austrian Ministry for Environment. Anna-Maria holds an LL.M. in International Business Regulation, Litigation and Arbitration from New York University School of Law and a Master of Laws from the University of Turku, complemented by an Erasmus exchange year at the University of Vienna.
