Outi Jousi

Outi Jousi is an experienced legal professional specializing in public procurement and technology law, currently serving as Counsel and Head of Public Procurement at Hannes Snellman since June 2017. Jousi also holds the position of President of the Finnish Public Procurement Association, promoting research and best practices in the field. Previously, Jousi worked as a Senior Associate at Bird & Bird, focusing on public procurement and technology, and as a Legal Counsel at Hansel Oy, handling contracts and compliance for public procurement. Jousi's extensive background includes roles at Pension Fennia, TeliaSonera, and PerkinElmer, complemented by a Master of Laws from the University of Turku and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Software Engineering. Additionally, Jousi is a Certified Scrum Master.
