Sophie Wucherer

Sophie Wucherer is a proactive and organized professional currently serving as a Scholarship Group Representative at Hanns Seidel Foundation, coordinating educational events for scholarship holders. Concurrently, Sophie holds mentoring and ambassador roles at Maastricht University, engaging with prospective students and facilitating their exploration of academic offerings. As Chairwoman and Event Manager for Effective Altruism Maastricht, Sophie orchestrates various community events while also managing the organization’s social media strategy to enhance outreach. Sophie's previous experiences include roles in project management and data analysis at Fuzer, customer service as a waitress, and internships across diverse fields such as plasma physics and health insurance. Sophie is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Maastricht University, with participation in the YUFE Student Journey program.
